Andy Murray has been drawn in Rafael Nadal’s half of the draw at the Monte Carlo Masters 1000.
Should Murray improve dramatically on last year’s clay court form, his most likely route to the final will be as follows:
Round 1: Bye
Round 2: Victor Hanescu
Round 3: Marin Cilic/Thomas Berdych
Quarter Finals: David Nalbandian/Nikolay Davydenko
Semi-Finals: Rafael Nadal
Final: Roger Federer/Novak Djokovic
As Murray has received a bye in the first round, he won’t be scheduled to play until at least Monday
